Olive East

Im so glad Marisa took over. Management before was very rude. She wouldnt help me even after hours. She was in the office still and she told me closed, been closed and shut the door in my face. Marisa truly cares for the community and goes above and beyond. This is our first time in an apartment and since shes taken over its been such a breeze to get things fixed around the apartment. Totally recommend renting here! Wouldnt go rent anywhere else. The location is great, not that much activity which is great knowing its near downtown Gilbert. P.S not saying things go bad in the apartment, saying just because I have crazy kids, you know how that goes. Overall shes amazing! Thanks always Marisa.

Absolutely love the new management. Things are handled quickly and the property has really improved. Marisa is a star! There is no attitude or fear of retaliation, or concerns of sharing personal information to other residents, which happened before. Marisa is fair and really cares about everyone. Marisa will respond within minutes to a maintenance request and have someone working on the situation or update you when the they will be there down to 30 minutes before they show up. With this new change, I have no problems recommending this property to anyone looking for a place to live.

I lived in Olive East Apartments for 2 years. At first Management was horrible the office manager Margarita was never around to answer questions or to put in requests. However, when Marissa took over it was night and day. She was always available she would constantly walk and ensure that maintenance was upkeeping with the grounds and any unit issues. These apartments are in an excellent location just a 6min walk to the heart of downtown.

A year ago I probably wouldve give this place a 2 or 3 star review because the property manager didnt provide a very safe or happy community. She was nice to your face but would retaliate if you did something she didnt like. I had several maintenance requests get deleted and had to show up to the office because my calls would never be picked up or returned only to find no one was there. Ever since Marisa has come to Olive East, this community has grown to become a very friendly and safe place to bring concerns or questions and know you will be met with answers and results. Shes a big reason of why I decided to renew for a third year because she is so kind and dedicated. I cant count the amount of times Ive seen her helping with renovations and calls because the maintenance man doesnt help a fraction of what he should. Marisa has an excellent work ethic and clearly puts a lot of heart into making Olive East somewhere you feel at home. I am so grateful and excited to have another year here and knowing everything will be taken care of with pride and dedication.
