        Great experience from your company as a whole. Sierra is so informative as to the time the technician will be there and with updates as needed. Ive never encountered that with another company. And the technicians Ive had are excellent. I just met Shawn he is just awesome. He explains very clearly and cleans up when finished. Great company as far as I am concerned!

        I have worked here for 4 years. I love this company. Thay know how to treat a employee. If you are looking for a company to grow and become a master AC technician this is the place. Matt is the new trainer, and boy does he know his stuff. Thank you Hicken Air for making me feel like a part of the family. And Hicken Air is a BIG family. Love this company!
