I am being nice even give 1 star!!!
This company has VERY rude employees or should I say employee!!! I called in to ask questions about my bill and spoke with a lady named Lisa. She first seemed upset she had to even answer the phone like I inconvenienced her and she explained that my services were for anesthesia services I had when I was in the hospital. I knew why I was being charged and this was not the issue. I wanted to know what certain codes were billed and what they mean and she literally told me that she does not have time to educate me on medical billing, and that my bill was correct because she has been doing this for years and knows what she is doing and then went on to tell me I need to pay it today or she is sending me to collections when I JUST GOT THE BILL!!! It was my first bill too and it was not late. I did not have an issue paying my bill. In fact I was going to mail in the check that day but before I did I just wanted to know the codes that were being billed and the information that was being sent to my insurance, because from past experience I was charged for a service that I did not even have! Long story short I was not happy how she was treating me and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was not available and that she would have her call me. I never got a call from a manager. I then called the next day and got Lisa again and she said oh it’s you , are you ready to pay your bill now or are you still needing me to educate you on how to be a medical biller....Who the hell does this woman thinks she is talking to me this way!!!! Horrible customer service and this employee definitely needs to be reprimanded for her behavior and actually fired for treating people this way!

Horrible service. Every time you call you will get a different person. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible company.
