So unorganized, bathrooms are dirty as hell. Waited 35 minutes for coffee. A worker spilled water and every one is walking over it, still not cleaned. This place is a mess .all the staff is talking and not paying attention to customers

The employee name Faith was very rude and would ignore me when I tried to ask for ketchup and slammed it on counter. Told my daughter that they were very busy and couldn't give her ketchup. Very bad service with Faith!!!!

All of this was in my quarter pounder including the onion stembrought it to the managers attention and her response was yeah, it comes packaged that way sometimes and walked away leaving me standing there like an idiot.

The manager is terrible. She has no business being a manager. You know its bad when you can feel.her mood through the drive thru speeker. They messed up my order and when i went inside to get the missing items she was even more rude. Thankfully Annabelle was able to fix my order as she worked to keep orders followong out. This is a busy location and need a manager that can handle the pressure and work well with others.

We drove thur ordered 2 teas one sweet and one unsweet. When received where both Sweet. Thanks for making a diabetic not happy.
