SCAMMERS! My truck had half a tank of gas in it when I picked it up. I told this to the lady at the desk. She said, yes, just bring it back with half a tank of gas in it. I drove the truck 20 miles over the course of about 3 hours and put in 3 gallons of gas immediately before I dropped it off. I dropped off the truck after hours because I finished with it early. The next day they proceeded to bill me for 7 additional gallons. I spoke with a man the next day and he told me to pound sand. I successfully disputed this blatant rip off attempt with U-Haul's corporate office.

DO NOT rent or buy anything from these people. The man that runs the place is rude and surly. I asked about buying a "trailer". (In Mississippi where I'm from a "house trailer" is any house that is not stick built on a concrete foundation). After a lecture on what constitutes a trailer or a house, while pointing in an angry manner, he rudely asked "Now, what do you want?" I am a Christian man from backwoods Mississippi, we do NOT treat people like this where I am from!!!
