Joey and his helper are a credit to their trade. They came out and did a full service, replaced my fried instrument panel and replaced my soon to be failed cooling fans. Awesome job at a fair price. Thank you, gentlemen.

Very impressed with Joey's knowledge. He actually returns calls, keeps us up to date when he will be here and comes when he says he will. That has not been our experience with other mobile RV repair around Bullhead City. It's a nice change. We felt his prices were reasonable. We will definitely call Joey again when we have an issue.

Our water pump failed due to an electrical short which I could not locate. Ward Auto isolated the issue and got our water running again in under an hour. What can I say, water is essential and Ward took care of us. You ROCK!

I got Joeys name and number from Forest River to utilize for an electrical issue on a 2022 NoBo travel trailer. He arrived on time with his helper, and I explain to him what was happening. Plugging in the trailer was tripping the power source outlet GFI. If you shut off all the circuits but the converter circuit it worked fine. He pulled the front cover off, said it smelled burnt and said it needed to be replaced. We agreed for me to order a replacement box and I received it in three days. I called him to tell him it was out for delivery on Thursday and he advised me that he was too busy and couldnt do it until Monday morning. Hes never reached out since then. In the meanwhile, I hired another young professional to do the install on Saturday. Imagine our surprise after installing the breaker box/converter and having the exact same problem. Well, it turns out Mr. Joey didnt actually investigate the power source GFI and that turned out to be the issue. A $5.00 part. He charged me $150 service call for the diagnosis that was incorrect, and Forest River obviously will not reimburse me. I am out over $500 now from his mistake. He has a business phone that has a mailbox set up, but is always full so its hard to get a hold of him. He also doesnt return text messages.
He also did some major cooling system repairs on my neighbors diesel pusher and he put the engine cooling fan on backwards, causing the motor to overheat while on the road doing a cross country trip. He had to pay almost $800 out-of-pocket for the repair and of course Joey has never reimbursed him. Not a good business person, or mechanic. Service: Electrical
