Dr Womack and Tom are great however their staff definitely needs to know they are working in a medical office and need to return calls before they have a lawsuit on their hands. They are rude from Melissa to the office manager Jennifer! I finally got Jennifer on the phone (after leaving 4 messages). She was extremely rude and I ended up getting disconnected ( Im sure she hung up on me). I would bet that she wont call me back!! So sad you are working in the medical field! Well. Jennifer called back and I informed her (since she is the office manger), that her staff NEVER returns my calls. She literally saidok thank you and then hung up.

If i could give zero stars I would. There front office staff is horrible. There was a blonde older lady working the front desk when my special needs brother approached the counter to check in. She was asking questions so his mom got up to help him and she bit her head off and said I am not talking to you. Every time we have walked in this office these women act like they are superior to everyone and that the patients here are an inconvenience. YOUR JOB is customer service they need a serious attitude adjustment. If you cant help people then maybe they need to find another field. Unacceptable. Other than that Larry is great

Always have a good experience here. Friendly staff, good doctors and very rarely have much waiting time. My family has been patients for a long time.

This place is a joke was seen by the other doctor before this doctor took over they told us to come in and fill out a new patient form and they would just transfer us over we filled out the package and because we were only seen once they said we were not a patient of the previous doctor and that they are not accepting new patients we tell me why did you waste my time and tell me to fill out all this paperwork just to tell me you wont accept me do not go here all they do is waste your time and tell you they wont accept you
