I wish they offer a ZERO.
They were supposed to built our dream home. Which never happened. The builder just sat on it until HE was ready. Rates, lumber and all other fees went up crazy.
Which prevented us from qualifying once things would have started. So we had to lose everything.....even now we have to sell our vacant lot thanks to them.
Don't waste your time

If I could give a -0 I would.  Not not buy or build your house with this company.  They like to ignore there consumers and NEVER  call or email you.

We just purchased a house in Dolan Springs, AZ.  My husband and I hadn't moved in yet and we planned to be at the new house on August the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.  I scheduled an appointment with Mountain View Home's designer for August 3, 2021 at 10:00 am three weeks in advanced.   I called the designer and left a message a week prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm our appointment.  We drove 5 hours to the new house on Monday, August 2nd.  That evening at 5:00 pm I missed a call from the designer.  She left me a message canceling our appointment for the following morning.  Not to reschedule, but to inform us her boss said they were too busy to take on additional work at this time and wished us luck.We were astonished at the unprofessionalism Mountain View Home demonstrated.  We now consider ourselves lucky because we may have had to work with a company with a lack of ethics.
