        Venus and Fred were awesome to work with! They did a fabulous job on my crunched bumper and worked with the other parties insurance company to get everything done. Highly recommend!

        A little pricey for me. He wanted $150.00 just to adjust the door hinge on my side van door. Parker collision & auto body did it for me for $60.00.

      Thank you! We try to take to make the process easy for all parties. The end result Is to make sure the car is repaired correctly and as soon as we can get the estimate approved, parts ordered and the repair done correctly and timely.

      Unfortunately, not all customers can be happy with our pricing. What's more regrettable is that you agreed to the price and made an appointment for the agreed upon price, then, DID A NO CALL NO SHOW TO SAY YOU WEREN'T COMING. Actions like this make local businesses think about not charging vs charging for estimates for future potential customers. If customers take our price and then go to another establishment to haggle what they believe is a better price (not quality), they are more than welcome to. But........... to harm a business's review on Google because you believe the price to be too high which is called free enterprise, is very misleading when it is not attached to what the shop can do in terms of the quality. If the reviews were only based on price alone for every business everyone would have a 1 star.But I am glad that you were able to get you door hinge repaired.
