        Always seems to be closed early or ran by someone who really doesnt want to be there. Food always tastes good but looks like it was tossed into the bag from 10 ft away. Almost everytime i get time to go onto base they are closed. And im gonna point out that i am going during their posted operating hours.

        Its Sunday and we went to BK to get some burgers. We attempted to use 3 coupons not realizing that there was a two coupon limit. From the start the person on the headset acted as if we were bothering him. No problem on the coupons, we simply adjusted. We got up to the window and the young mans attitude was poor to say the least. He was obviously upset that he had to take an order at 5min before closing. The manager stepped up and tried to help us out with the coupons and stepped away. The young man rung us up and it was coming out way too expensive and when I told him he just basically stated thats why we dont allow more than two coupons and he could not explain why it was so expensive. He was not at all trying to help me understand the high price and expected me to just accept his shoulder shrugging response. I had to ask him to get me the manager to which he was again very bothered. I explained to the manager and he quickly resolved the issue. The young man working the window needs to find another job or positionmaybe fry cook as he definitely does not need to interact with customers. This is my last trip to BKwell stick with Culvers from now on even if we have to drive a bit further. Im giving two stars for service only because the Manager was resolved the issue quickly.

        This particular store is never open during their listed hours. No one there for breakfast or after 5pm. The only time you can catch someone is during lunch. During lunch the service is extremely slow and the food is always cold.
