In all my moves over the years, Gaye Lewis has given us the most personal service we have ever received from a realtor. She worked very hard with us as her client, both selling our home and purchasing our new home. She kept us abreast of all action happening on both homes, and we feel she definitely was watching our for us to get the most from our sale and purchase! We highly recommend her as your realtor! Gaye was a pleasure to work with. She really went over and above what was expected. She worked very hard to get things ready for the sale.I live out of state and I really appreciated the extra time and effort. I would highly recommend her when buying or selling your home. We decided it was time to think about a seasonal home in Florence Gardens and I was fortunate enough that the one we were interested was listed by Gaye. The property had a contingent buyer but she encouraged us to make the first back-up offer. She said it would likely be about a week before the dust settles and we would know one way or another. Sure enough she contacted us a little over a week later and we moved forward on the purchase. To put everything that has transpired since that moment into a single word - Gaye was AWESOME. Timely communication, helpful advice prior to the required DocuSign forms, willing to do more than was required, going out of her way to help out after the sale - in a nutshell - we couldn't have found a better agent to work with than Gaye.
