If you cant handle doing doordash orders, at least communicate with the customer and cancel the order

We have been to the Florence Taco Bell on two separate occasions in the last year. The first time we ordered tacos to go and brought them home. When we opened the box, they were cold, out of the refrigerator cold. The meat had been refrigerated and never warmed up. Obviously, it was terrible and took us a year to get over. Yesterday, we stopped again and ordered 6 soft tacos, 6 crunchie tacos and 1 bean burrito. The bean burrito was full of flat tasting beans and nothing else and the tacos were 10 loco tacos and 2 crunchie tacos. They were cold again. My husband had just had some dental work and planned on eating the soft tacos. Of course, he had nothing to eat. Will NEVER go to that Taco Bell again. No wonder there is never anyone in their parking lot.

Their hours say they open at 0500, but not once have they ever actually been open at 0500. They don't usually open until 0530, or whenever they decide to turn on their lights (which could be after 0530). The customer service has always been amazing no matter who is working there. The food is mostly acceptable. I mean that there's times when it's made correctly, and times that it is not. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you do not. Overall, this Taco Bell is acceptable... When they're open.

They seem to have a lot of trouble at this location with vegetarianism. I will special order beans in place of beef knowing full well to expect them to still put the beef on. They like to go even further too and add beef to items that dont normally have beef. Idk if this is some kind of personal thing against vegetarianism or just a series of honest mistakes but its far too consistent and I hope something is done about it.

This location is great! The staff is very professional and good to customers. My special requests are no problem, and Vincent is amazingly courteous and helpful.
