Victoria and her team were just wonderful! She spent time with us during planning to get to know us and what was important to us about the day. She was there taking everything in and capturing it beautifully so we have memories documented forever. She had great recommendations that resulted in simply stunning photos!

Victoria was the best! I had booked her for an adventure wedding shoot and she was kind to work with! She took us up to the merry go round rock ( some place I had found online) and rented the jeep for us to get there, her driving was an added bonus! The photography shoot was flawless and her vision is stunning! I dont have my photos yet but she snapped a couple shots for me on my phone

If I could give Victoria a thousand stars I would! My husband and I eloped in AZ and we'd never been there before. Immediately after booking her as our photographer she was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and any recommendations I asked for. The day of our ceremony Victoria made us feel so at ease and directed us as needed for pictures. Having a photographer that was able to calm our nerves while also capturing our beautiful day was very important to us! I'm already obsessed with the sneak peeks and look forward to the rest of our pictures!!

White Desert Photography was my first step in planning my wedding. Victoria pay close attention to details and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Typically my husband and I get extremely goofy and we rarely have good photos. Victoria was able to capture these goofy moments and some really sweet ones too. She was a lot of fun to do our photoshoot with. I've gotten a sneak peek at some of the photos she's done for us and they are jaw dropping. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

I had the worst experience with Victoria Nabours from White Desert Photography. Unfortunately on the time and date of our shooting, it was raining. I had contacted Victoria a few hours prior to ask if we could reschedule because the weather seemed unstable. She said it should be fine. We had planned to shoot at Cathedral Rock in Sedona. The trail to access Cathedral Rock is very steep, it's tough hiking and almost climbing in some sections. The rocks are slippery and it's clear that trying to go down when they're wet is dangerous. When we arrived to meet with our associate photograph, it was clear that it was about to rain and thunder. We still started to climb up, but decided to go back because it was too dangerous. Our associate offered to visit other places for a shoot, but we refused because the weather in the entire area was the same. The minute we arrived in our car, it's started to pour rain and the thunder was raging. It was 5.30 pm and that's when I called Victoria for the first time. I tried to call her 4 times that night and ended up straight to voice mail each time. I ended up writing her an email to ask to reschedule the shoot within the next two days. She only replied, by email, at 9pm with a half refund. Victoria let us without news for hours, she did not try to find another time slot or another associate to have the shoot within the next two days. She did not once returned my calls - for sure it's easier to hide behind a screen than discuss and negociate with your clients on the phone to solve problems right away. She ended up offering a slightly better refund but we still paid 340$ for no pictures, a terrible customer service and no accountability.
