Kachina Village Utility

Kachina Utilities called to alert me that there was unusual water usage at our house. It turned out a toilet was running and we were wasting hundreds of gallons of water. Thankfully we were able to get it fixed immediately. We are so grateful for the support and for the professional team that helped us not continually waste money or water. Thank you Kachina Utilities!

Always the one rude lady who after 5 years still works there. Just hope you talk to or run into anyone else. Unless you want your neighbors nasty gossip. But everyone else is awesome water prices are amazing for the area. Thank you for all your hard work!

This service has been reliable and affordable for as long as I've lived in the area. Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, prompt and helpful. The only thing that would make things more convenient is if they had online self service and more payment method options.
