Milton Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center

Thirfty means not wasteful, and the prices at this store do not reflect that. If you buy here regularly, you WILL be wasteful. Multiple products I looked at, from clothes and shoes to home goods and books, were priced at or above what I could buy similar things new in a regular store. I don't know about you, but when I'm buying USED I don't pay new prices. (Even if it has tags on it, sorry.) I'll stick to other local places or Ebay. Got 2 stars because the staff are pleasant, the store clean, and it has a big selection. Now if they get their act together on pricing....

Your employees tipoff resellers constantly so that they are there when certain merchandise is being brought out. Have seen this on multiple occasions.

This location is very central to Flagstaff. Its a prime location just off Milton Ave, near NAU campus. Its very clean, and smells fresh which is nice. I havent had any interactions with employees, but I am sure theyre all very kind. My issue I have with this store & all of Goodwills is that they overprice items, or sell things heavily damaged at almost full cost. Below is proof. The shorts are NWT priced at $6.61 from the department store it came from. Goodwill is selling it for $8.99. They have no shame whatsoever doing this. Its really awful business. After this experience, I will be shopping at non profits, because this is very disturbing. Do better Goodwill.

One of the nicest Goodwill stores I've seen in Arizona. Nice selection of clothing and seasonal items.

I have no idea why this store has bad reviews. The staff is nice and the store is very well stocked. I enjoyed shopping here!
