I am a small business here in Flagstaff, Johanna was super patient and knowledgeable with all my questions getting the tax side of my business set up. Her staff responds quickly and are all so friendly and helpful.

1000000% would recommend. I'm less than financially savvy. Johanna and her team keep all my finances straight and have caught my errors each time I've made them. They are amazing and Johanna is a blessing of a CPA.

I called the office to ask a simple question.  I live in Ca and am attempting to help file taxes in Az for my dad who has a rental property in Flagstaff Az as he is not doing well medically.  The question was regarding tax depreciation on a townhome...  Is there a property value to subtract from the purchase price and then divide by 27.5 years??  The first gentlemen that answered the phone was polite and honest about not knowing the answer to my question.  He said he would put me on hold so he could ask someone.  Shortly thereafter, the call was dropped. I called back and the woman that answered told me I would have to make an appointment. I told her I live in Ca and she replied that I can make a phone appt., costing $45 in order to get an answer. Really ??Yes, I understand this is a business. Yes I know they need to make $$ but I feel that $45 is a bit too much to ask for 2 min of time to answer a simple non obscure  question.Not sure what they charge for full tax prep but if their policy to charge $45 for a 2 minute question is any indication, I would steer clear.UPDATE: After writing this review, I called H&R Block and the gentleman that answered was both polite and informative. In less than 90 seconds, he provided the answer I was looking for. Thank you Ryan from H & R Block !!
