From start to finish, getting my roof build by mission restoration was easy and professional. They helped to navigate insurance and inspection. Mission Restoration was hired by my HOA to re-roof my townhouse, along with 43 other units in the complex in Flagstaff. I had a contractor come inspect my new roof; he found that the Mission Restoration crew had laid tar paper over one of my fresh air intake vents, which could have led to moisture buildup and mold. Theforeman saidsomeone would come fix it and asked thatI let them in through my attic, since that would save them time. Later in the week, he called and said it had been taken care of (from the outside). When I tried to express that I wished it had been done correctly the first time (instead of me having to hire someone to inspectthe work), the foreman hung up on me. His manner was completely lacking in contrition. At no point did he apologize or express any regret for the error. I understand roofing crews are human and they are doing hard work andsometimes make mistakes. However, if you hire Mission Restoration, I'd recommend also hiring a third party to come check the quality of their work, since some of their foreman don't seem to care enough to do it themselves.

I worked with Kyle Cummings and he was very nice, responded quickly, and did a complete restore of my roof before the cold weather hit in a very timely manner. It was very easy to work with these folks and I really appreciated them showing up on time, when they said they'd come. I appreciate them answering the phone and being willing to talk with me on the phone about anything I wanted to know. I'll definitely contact them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!
