My very young (16) driver, who is learning to drive was accidentally in the wrong lane and tried to move over and the mixer driver behind us was rather aggressive. He honked at her and then proceeded to follow so close behind her, honking again, almost running her off the road. You can check your logs, hes filling now at yor flagstaff plant.

The delivery driver was a nice guy and really helpful. But dispatch was supposed to send material for my small slab at ten. At ten thirty I call and dispatch says another hour. At eleven thirty I call again and they say they have 3 trucks coming into the plant and my concrete should show up in twenty minutes. Mud finally shows up at 1 o'clock. I understand that other customers are more important than my little slab, but intentionally delaying my pour for three hours is lousy.

Last Monday, Oct. 9, we were scheduled to have concrete delivered to our home at 9:00 a.m. We made arrangements for the company we are working with to be at our home to assist. We waited for over 3 hours and they never showed up! My son-in-law called them and the guy he spoke to said, oh we tried to call but it was the wrong number. (They did not try again after that) When my son-in-law reiterated the correct phone number, it was the one they had! Not only did this cost us money as we had to pay the crew that showed up, but also cost us time in a project we have been trying to finish for months and cost valuable time of the crew there to help us. Since then, no one has reached out to apologize, try to make things right, or anything at all! I was left with the feeling that "bigger more expensive jobs" take priority and to me that is not a way to run a business, especially when you have made a commitment to us. Needless to say we would/will not use or recommend this company to anyone again. Very disappointed!

Can't get someone to answer the phone, the mailbox is full, and no return calls in 3 days when it wasn't :/
