I resided at one of the complexes Bella Investments owns and had a horrible experience. I was rushed into an apartment with cockroaches and was told in writing that they would let me out of my lease and now they are not following through with doing so. Also in the 3 years I resided there I was burglarized and had my tires slashed.

Their manager sucks at Pune view village Apts. She put 5 notices on my door within a week and two of them were for my neighbors apt asking me to fix. Then she gave me 10 day notice to terminate so I moved out now they are trying to steal my deposit saying I did not pay rent I was only 10 days into my lease. Dont live here they suck and are thieves .corporate wont even return my calls. Three calls and a month later nothing!!!!

I am a DISABLED SENIOR and have been here 7 yrs with no problems....I told office about a guy that was lighting up his barbque on his patio ..manager sent letter ...3 days later this person was seen by someone else lighting his barbque ...the same person has harassed me 3x because I told on him ...I am afraid for my safety and the people I my bldg....now I'm being accused of false things by management verbally and in writing...not nice at all ..because I protected this property and myself and neighbors I'm being treated horribly.I am afraid this person will start a fire..I did promote this property ...NO more...not professional at all...Im looking for another place to live .....wish I knew who to talk with about this problem ..it has caused me sleepless nights and anxiety ...fear....I cry a lot...I had heart surgery in 2010 and it's making me sick ...2 auto accidents and I'm in pain all the time...I don't feel safe here anymore
