The entire staff at Proof is fantastic and I specifically worked with Dr. Jordan. I started powerlifting and had a hip injury. After one session at Proof I felt remarkably better, and over the course of my treatment the pain disappeared. He gave me protocols for home and the gym to alleviate my injury as well as thoroughly helping me understand the mechanics that were causing my pain. Definitely recommend.

At the recommendation of a friend, I started going to proof pt about a year ago. I had a few pain and mobility complaints, most of which were years old.The big problem was that I could not enjoy the activities and challenges that make me happy. This was about a month after going across the street, getting X-rays, and no treatment plan from them. At my first appt, Dr Jordan listened intently to my concerns and my goals. That day we started doing strength and mobility exercises, and I was sent home with guidelines of what to do daily. Almost every week I went to proof pt, working with Dr Jordan or Amanda. They listened, sometimes altered the plan, and worked me out. I began feeling better almost immediately, and within 2 months could do all the activities I love. Massage, stretching, strengthening, whatever it takes. After 8 or 9 months they graduated me out of regular visits. Im training for my first half-Ironman, doing the activities I love, lost some weight, and my mental health is improved as a result. To anyone who has even minor discomfort, and major injuries like mine also, please go to Proof PT. They are excellent. When I need it, I will be back.

I have only good things to say about Proof. The experience and the results were excellent. I went to Proof 2x/wk for a bad lower back (recovering from 3 fractures, complicated by osteoporosis). My physician had recommended either Proof or one of the large practices in Flagstaff. I chose Proof and am so glad I did. They focus on (1) making the experience personal, customized, and enjoyable; and (2) achieving meaningful results (proof the PT is working), as opposed to just checking boxes and sending you on your way. Dr Jordan (Williams) & Amanda are both wonderful. They listened carefully to my goals, and then assessed and adapted to my needs/progress at each session, during which I received personal attention throughout the full hour. And no two sessions were exactly the same; they introduced something new every time. Most importantly, the outcomes were excellent. I was discharged with significantly more mobility, significantly less pain, and an in-home exercise regimen that helps me stay on track. If you are looking for PT that is genuinely focused on your individual needs and results, choose Proof.
