Flagstaff Pediatric Care

We just had Dr Austin as the on call pediatrician at flagstaff medical center and he was so caring and attentive. Our new born was having some issues and he addressed immediately with care and even called in the middle of the night. If we didnt live so far wed be coming to see him all the time.

Not very good practice when i called of concerns I made. So couple years ago possibly during pandemic, I know there were issue but after and being told we will be contacted when systems running again and NEVER recieved it. I called to see what's happening and the woman told me I can find another place if I wish. So I guess it's so. My children and myself are recommended to find another location. My children had not been up to date with check ups, vaccines, etc. Because no one wanted to help to make an appointment and not make a call to let us know when it is good to start Dr visits again after the pandemic. Waited about 2 years maybe. Thought to share the experience and now forced to find care and update vaccines for my children from when this location was shut down in 2020. Guess we are no longer welcomed!! I wouldn't want to be with a place that just dismisses you.

Really happy with the level of care my son receives here! We see Dr. Austin or Jeremy, depending on whos available. Both are fantastic providers who listen, are knowledgeable, have a kind demeanor, and have made it a priority to see my son on short notice before, which is always appreciated.

Dr Austin is GREAT, his father was my pediatrician. It's only right that I pass on such care for my children.

My boys have been going to see Dr. Austin since they were born. If they are unable to see him, all the other providers have been just as amazing. They all always take their time and go above and beyond to give my boys excellent care. The providers always call to check up on them if they were seen for something severe or serious. My son will be 18 soon and is so sad that he will no longer be under Dr. Austin's care. BEST DOC IN TOWN!
