        I would give negative stars if it were possible. When our lease first started we sent in payments. After a few months they said they were not receiving payments and told us to prove that we were paying them. Thank goodness we had the cancelled checks some of which were not even satisfactory for them. We REGULARLY went without toner because they would not give us a back up toner. Every month we went about 5 days without toner and when we would call and try and get a backup toner they were many many times very snotty about sending one. One of the poorest excuses for a professional company we have ever dealt with. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        The staff at Smart Document Solutions has been always there for us when ever we need any assistance. If they could not help us over the phone they would send someone over to help us resolve our problem. Or they would go out of their way to locate supplies we need to keep business going.
