I love Dr Dustin Husemann! He is amazing, super personable and is genuinely interested in your mental health and if your medications work for you. He also works on options if medications don't work with you. The only reason for 3 stars is all for him, the other negative 2 is because it is nearly impossible to get into contact with main office. They do get moody and say they are understaffed, though. It makes it difficult to move or cancel appointments (that can result in a $62 charge for missing appointments if you can't sit on hold for 20+ minutes at each call back. Even when you try to do it days in a row and leave voicemails AND emails), make payments, change insurance information, etc. Please get the calling center functional because it's not the psychiatrists (and others) fault for wondering why their clients aren't showing up for appointments, even when they say to call the office number

Christina DeMuro has been my provider for over a year now and she is amazing! She is consistently punctual, kind, and helpful! I also want to give a shoutout to Leslie who recently went above and beyond servicing me when I was having issues with my insurance. 5 stars for her!

The providers are difficult to work with and almost never available. I would suggest literally any other place.
