Their prices are not that good considering you have to search really hard to find anything decent and half of it comes and beat up boxes that the stuff's already starting to fall out of, or it's slightly defective in some way. You might as well just go get the same item anywhere else, maybe pay a little bit more and you don't have to worry about it being broken. Another thing I didn't realize was that you're not allowed to bring the carts out of the store so after buying $100 worth of kitchen pots and pans another random stuff I start to go out and the pole on the cart hits the door frame and security guy "says you're not allowed to take it out, but you can take multiple trips if you want to." Well yeah, obviously I have to take multiple trips because I can't carry all this crap and you won't let me take the cart out. So then I have to take my first load of stuff out while absolutely no one is watching my already paid for items sitting in the store. So overall not worth it, go somewhere else.

I have been shopping at Ross ever since it first retailed here in my home town. I love the people, the prices and everything else about it.
