I'd love to know why samples are sent to a po box 70000? I mean it took 8 days for you to get my sample. And what do u do with them once u get it because I paid for Confirmatory testing yet the document says.... all samples should be confirmed by a lab before being used against someone in a court of law. I thought that's what I paid for???

If you're looking into getting confirmations done for positives, do not use these guys. On the GOOD side, you'll be waiting 2 weeks. Right now I have some that are still out 3 weeks later, and one nearly a month. When you ask what's going on (had to call this time as they're not responding to emails any longer), they say "We'll reach out and put a rush on it" and nothing happens. They're still blaming Covid for the long times. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am a client at the iccs halfway in Colorado and have seen tons of people get regressed and put in jail over false positives I have been on non residential since Feb and I have been on the vivitrol shot for alcohol since November sober six months from alcohol and now my children and my freedom are the lastest to fall victim to false positives as I am stuck back in the halfway waiting for a retest missing my child's birthday and possibly more because a test that is wrong and the test took over a month for results in the first place this is so devastating because I have not done anything wrong and I'm missing out on my children's life and lost my freedom
