        After guiding my own medical care and being forced to be seen by 3 different ED providers that I had to pay each of them separately, it took them 4 months to send my bill. Then they want all the money right away, and despite paying $800 a month toward that bill, they still sent me to collections. As a healthcare provider myself, Im ashamed to say this place is a racket and hopefully they choose to invest all the outrageous costs toward providing better care before injuring other patients.

        I've been waiting in outpatient radiology for over 2 hours. When I arrived, there were no others waiting. Since then, 8 others have come and gone. Ignored, no one left waiting but me, alone and still no service. No explanation or concern by staff.

        Everyone here is empathetic, responsive & caring. Broke my wrist at Snowbowl & happy this is where I came for treatment. I was shocked at how inexpensive treatment was & they took some stress off of the whole situation.
