    MARIA, the office manager is pathetic! Such a shame, as everyone else is very kind and professional. They repeatedly called (day before), telling me they needed to reschedule my appointment, 3 TIMES!

    Exceptional service with knowledgeable medical staff. It is easy to make an appt, to use the Vera website and Patient Portal, and to speak with a member of the medical team. I highly recommend the Vera Clinic.

    Waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to find out they booked the wrong type appointment and i would need to pay even though they told me free on the phone. They arranged to change it only to tell me I couldn't bring my kids. I'm a single parent with no other options so thanks for the discrimination Vera Health I'll be sure to let everyone know that they are not friendly to parents.

    I have been going to Vera Whole Health for seven years now and it is amazing. Doctor Frank was attentive, knowledgeable, professional. I now see another provider at the clinic and she is terrific as well. Surprised anyone would give this clinic a bad review. BTW the staff is great too.

    First, I would like to state that the office is really clean and looks professional. Medical/administrative staff was really nice and welcoming. I had an original appointment last week (flu shot/Dr appointment/biometric screening) that I had to unfortunately reschedule. When I called last Friday the lady on the phone was really nice and helped me move my appointment to today. However, when I got there I was unable to get the flu shot (they didnt do them because the season was almost over so I guess I missed them by a week - fine thats understandable) and I was informed I wouldnt be seeing a medical provider. What? The person that moved my appointment to today, which is all I wanted done, changed it to a simple MA visit for the screening. I didnt see a medical provider, I didnt get to discuss my results with anyone nor did anyone even try to tell me why my numbers are what they are. The screen was just turned my way and basically read off to me (something I honestly could have done myself with the equipment and chart telling me what is a therapeutic/normal range). Furthermore, I had other issues I wanted to discuss with the provider and really was looking forward to this visit (pertaining to family medical history and some SX I have been experiencing). Although the MA today was professional - they didnt really seem to care about the misunderstanding and just walked me to the front to get my papers. In the exam room, they acknowledged they could see my original appointment was with a Dr but offered no real solutions beyond making another appointment in the future (burning through my limited PST). Its as if she was trying usher me out at quickly as possible. Not one person tried to find a solution beyond schedule an appointment at a later date but I already used 3hrs of sick time for today and dont really have the PST to just spare on misunderstandings. I am so disheartened and disappointed with the way this was handled. No compassion. Nothing. Just an oops and you can always make another appointment. If it wasnt for this Im sure this place would have gotten three more stars. Our (the PTs) time is also important, our benefit allotment is finite, and just this simple misunderstanding is the opposite of catering to whole (or wholistic) health, ironically. Please, work on communicating better with the community that looks to you for preventive and primary care.
