I was supposed to have a video call with this office today and I canceled the appointment because they wanted me to pay $95 for a co pay again just to sit here at home and talk to a dr by video chat. I did this exact same thing 2 months ago and the dr that prescribed me medication is not working. 2 months ago I wasted money for nothing to speak to this dr and nothing is working for my symptoms. Meanwhile, as I am explaining this to the lady on the phone she says " ok, im going to hang up now" and she hangs up the phone on me in the middle of me talking! Are you serious!!?? I have never in my life encountered a doctors office that is so rude and unprofessional! Totally and completely unbelievable!! Do not go to this office or associate with them. Their staff is very rude and they clearly do not care about their patients at all.

I have Long Covid and this doctor is seemingly a Covid denier. He refused to treat me for my Long Covid symptoms and insisted it was something else. Proceeded to take me off the meds my GP had me on and prescribed meds my insurance doesnt cover, then refused to communicate with the pharmacy or give another med that worked with my insurance. So Ive been without treatment for my respiratory issues for months and nowhere else to turn to.

EVERY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT EXACTLY THE THINGS EXPLAINED IN OUR ABOUT US! SO WHILE WE DO THE BEST WE CAN NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE. THE CLINIC IS HERE TRYING TO SERVE THE ENTIRE NORTHERN HALF OF THE STATE.
