I injured my lower back in February. I wanted to try massage therapy as opposed to a chiropractor like people kept suggesting. Choosing muscle therapy was exactly what I needed. Brandon is very knowledgeable! He is well versed in his many certifications and it helps him take many different approaches. He is very professional. His studio is beautiful and inviting. After one session and one day of rest I was back to normal. I know every situation is different but I would highly recommend Brandon.

Brandon helped me with my fitness and wellness journey starting about 2 years ago. He created some personalized workout routines based on my goals and spent one-on-one sessions helping me with form and technique. Since then, I've been able to receive massage and bodywork from him and it just keeps getting better! He is truly a coach who practices what he preaches and keeps on learning and bettering his skills, whether it be in the gym or at the massage studio! 10/10 recommend, can't wait for my next session!

Ive been getting massages from Brandon for almost two years. Its been awesome to see his growth as a masseuse and as a fitness coach. He is trained in several forms of massage and is excellent at all that Ive seen him do. He is attentive and responsive, and he has notes to make sure I always get the right pressure (I like a lot). Brandon is a hardworking self-made Flagstaffian and I wholeheartedly recommend his services
