        The good: they answer the phone. The bad: MVD suspended our vehicle registration because they did not receive my FULLY paid insurance policy from State Farm. Cost me $50 at the MVD to get the registration reinstated. State Farm has apologized, but that apology doesn't put the $50 back in my pocket. I always pay my insurance in full for the full policy period. There is no excuse on their part for not getting this right.

      Hi Mark, the issue here isn’t with us but the MVD. We showed them the proof that it was on their end and not ours. We tried explaining that to you and also let you know that the fee would be canceled. I know you said you already paid it but once again that’s going to be corrected by them. We’ve seen this issue more than once and while we certainly are not perfect this is an instance where we did everything right. I hope you’ll consider removing this review but either way we thank you for your business and always try and help all of our clients, even when the issue it caused by other organizations.
