Capstone team does a phenomenal job. A big thumbs up to Peter Sahaar in navigating us through the sales and closing process. Definitely had our best interest in mind. A HUGE THANKS to Daniel Hubbard in responding to our ongoing post close requests. Always with a smile and can do attitude. Capstone should clone Daniel as he is invaluable to us homeowners. Hoping Capstone continues to build out an effective team to help Daniel as the rapid growth creates a heavier workload.

We recently closed on our new home built by Capstone. Our impression of the high quality of construction, attention to details contributed to our decision to purchase a Capstone home. A monumental factor in our decision involved the Capstone Sales Representative's (Peter) knowledge of the home and guidance during all stages of the process. Similarly impressive was the pre-closing and post-closing responsiveness and support from other members of the Capstone team including Ciaran, Miles and Daniel as they addressed an important issue that was above and beyond the call of duty and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the Capstone team.

We recently took possession of our home and while there were a few punch list items to take care of, they were relatively few and are being worked on. Where Capstone really stands out for us is in the Customer Service area. Miles, who led our initial tour was terrific, but our daily Rep, Daniel Hubbard, has been exceptional. Not only has he immediately looked into any request weve had, he has stayed in touch and let us know the status of any that couldnt be handled right away. He really is a great representative for the company.
