Great facility and people! I was in town for vacation and needed a place for me and my son to train..very high level men and women and everyone was super welcoming and the atmosphere was like family will definitely be back if I'm in town! Ossss!

It is so hard to find a gym while vacationing and I was so thrilled with how easy it was to get a 7 day pass here and use it right away. I wish more gyms were like this!!

After my previous gym closed, I joined Insurgent and could not be more pleased. If you are a woman like myself and want to try your hand at a sport like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the first time, come here!! I was immediately welcomed into the community and Morgan is a wonderful coach. The gym equipment is in great shape as well.

Super easy access. Very responsive. We were visiting for a week and called other gyms and the process was a pain. This took us 10min and we were in and working out for the week.
