Cierra and Sierra have created an amazing community. I had a pretty severe car accident last year causing some issues to my back and overall fitness. They have been nothing but accommodating and helping get back on track. Easily the best overall gym in town!!!

I have taken classes here since they opened and I feel like this is the best cycle fitness class in Flagstaff for sure. Don't bother with the others. Cierra and the other fitness instructors and how they set up their classes are far more effective and honestly more fun.
