        Friday afternoon and the lobby was closed for some reason at 1pm. The sign posted states the lobby was open until 4pm. The mall location was closed as well.

        The new manager is terrible. Awful customer service. It's like they don't want businesses to bank with them anymore. Don't go here or open an account with them.

        I waited 30 mins with a line to the door, yet they wont let you use the bathroom. Corporate banks are a pox.

        We had a simple issue to resolve, so we stopped into the west side branch (without and appt) and banker, Daniel O., who welcomed us and helped us right away -- he had just come in from his break sat right down and was friendly and efficient! : )
