Went there for a facial/eyebrow tint for the first time and it was the most relaxed Ive ever been! Emily did such an amazing job not only with the facial and eyebrows but making me feel calm and comfortable. She went above and beyond, thank you so much Emily!

Me and four friends went to this spa back in July and had a good experience. However, I am deeply disappointed by the experience today and owners actions. I booked a facial as a surprise for my cousins birthday today. The woman I spoke to on the phone two weeks ago (and even yesterday) was very friendly. She asked me what kind of facial my cousin wanted. I explained I wasnt sure and the woman said no problem she could decide when she gets there. Fast forward to my cousin arriving on her birthday. They stated she booked the $120 -90 minute facial (not at all what I said). My cousin stated she did not want that long of a facial and if she could pick a different one. She chose the 30 minute facial ($75). She then went inside and enjoyed her experience with the woman completing the facial. However, once the 30 minute facial was over my cousin went to pay (with a gift card provided by family). The owner came over and told her that she was to pay the full $120 since that is what she booked. My cousin stated that she just had a 30 minute service so why would she pay for a 90 minute service. She also explained she was not the one to book the appointment. The owner then proceeded to lie and say that I (the person who booked the appointment) was aware of what facial I booked and that it couldnt be changed. She then ranted on and on about how her schedule is so booked. She yelled at my cousin until she cried. Then after making her cry, the owner lacked empathy (yet again) and said Well I guess I am going to do it now, are you going to at least tip?
I will never come back to this place. I cant believe the owner of such a popular spa could act like that. This was suppose to be a nice treat for my cousins birthday and all she did was lie, bully, and make it a terrible experience. Absolute waste of money

I have received multiple services, including signature facials, oxygen infused facials, and microderm abrasion services from Amanda. All of the services have been wonderful experiences, and I always feel so relaxed and refreshed. The spa is very neat. It's a historic building in the heart of downtown with a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend Spatique for all of your skincare needs.

This review is long overdue. I love this place! They use high end organic Eminence products in their facials and my skin is glowing. I have also gotten a great pedicure here they are very clean! Susie and the other gals are the sweetest and really care that you have a great experience.
