Girlfriend and I were at the curbside pick-up area waiting for our order. After 5-10 min of waiting, I became a little frustrated. My girlfriend had to go into the store to pick up her order. I asked her what happened inside the store and how come no one ever came out to help us? She said that the employees were just standing around and that no one was even working on her order. WOW , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ULTA !!!!

Came to the store searching for a specific lipstick color however felt like I was being followed around the store everywhere. The aisles are patrolled by a lady with a leather jacket and red hair - she doesnt ask you if you need help just is everywhere you are.

I thought shopping online would be a much better experience but I was wrong. what a rip off. They offer you free gifts with purchase then don't honor it and say its your fault. Sephora here I come.

Flagstaff location.. if its not one issue its another.. salon started out great for the first 6 months.. then went down hill from there.. booked color and cut.. i get there and person I see each time says.. I only have you down for a bang cut.. I said what?? I dont have bangs and you know that I booked a color and a cut.. response.. oh well, I dont have time today I have 2 projects. Sorry. Not so much that their system did this? Or did it? But no remorse or sympathy or option to rebook.. are you kidding me? Where is the great customer they once had?
