image April 8, 2024. Worked with Austin and Jace to get a quote on a new shower installation. Both reps were very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. Prices were what I would expect to pay for good quality, and also included free mold mitigation. A day after signing the contract, I realized that I needed to make some changes and shorten the term length for financing. Austin got in touch with me and we were able to work out a new financing plan with a lower monthly payment and significantly lower interest. I hope to use DaBella again when I get my windows replaced, and I would definitely recommend them to friends (and strangers).

image DO NOT LET THESE SNAKE OIL SALESMEN IN YOUR HOUSE!!! When we asked for time to think about it, they started insulting us and treating us like dirt. The bid was 3x higher than any other bid we received. 3 hours to get a ridiculously high quote and insults. Literally had to threaten to call the cops if they didnt leave.

image Awful company especially if youre a first time homeowner and/or a young person. The appointment was for an estimate for our roof and siding and it was scheduled for 6:00 pm. They didnt leave until 9:00 pm and that was because we had to threaten to call the police if he did not leave. Extremely unprofessional and began insulting us and making rude comments all because we asked for time to think about the quote and wouldnt sign tonight, which rightfully so as their quote was 3 times higher than the 4 other quotes we got this week. He even told us that if we dont sign right now we are bad homeowners, along with other rude comments. I was beyond appalled and how immature this man acted to the point of insulting me and my husband over and over again. And to take 3 hours?! All we wanted was an estimate and he might have had a sale if he wasnt so malicious when we asked for some time to think about it. Im sure they have good products but not worth being treated like that for needing time and then not leaving my house when asked. Very unsettling, unprofessional, disrespectful and overall disappointing company. Do better.

image I want to start by saying I really wanted to like and use DaBella for my siding and roofing project. They have good products and their guys are really thorough.
Jase Thompson (possibly misspelled, but this was an estimate at 3389 n needles on April 5th 2024 for the record) was very thorough, and walked us through all the things that supposedly make DaBella special, why their products are superior, etc. He also had product samples and lots of diagrams showing why their products are superior. In hindsight, this is was a massive red flag.
When it came to the money and the actual estimates, things when very south, very fast.
After the prices shown were incredibly above our budget; even the financing being high; Jase attempted to try and work the pricing down further by offering sign now pricing, and, I can get you an in since Ive been here while. At this point my wife and I werent comfortable with how this was turning into a high pressure sales pitch, so I politely asked that I be left with the quotes so I could consider their quotes and compare with other quotes I had received.
Jase instantly flipped a switch! He became increasingly defensive, and continued to pressure us into signing a contract for a $26,000 roof (on a 1100sqft home mind you.) it got so bad that Jase accused my wife and I of being bad homeowners for only looking at a dollar amount. After I told him I had received quotes for similar products, similar warranties, and at a much lower price point, he started to tell me, all the other companies lie and they dont have what DaBella has! We have the best products and warranties!
After our trying to explain that we werent comfortable signing a contract tonight (its 9pm because he showed up at 6pm) Jase wouldnt take no for an answer, and kept trying to pressure us into his contract. At one point he stated this $26,000 is a drop in the bucket for DaBella and our banks, we sent that 200 million a month! Ill let you in on something, you never downplay a customers potential project!
We eventually quite literally had to pick up his things for him and walk him out of our house. If Jase had kept up the antics anymore, the police would have been involved and him trespassed!
As a company, you cannot treat a potential customer this way, especially when they invite you into their home. I personally am a lead technician for a local plumbing company and handle sales regularly, and can confidently say DaBella doesnt care about the customer, just the contracts.
If you are considering DaBella, please do yourself the favor and read reviews on yelp and other independent review websites. And dont waste 3 hours of your life just to be told youre a bad homeowner.
Whoever Jases partner was (I apologize I forgot your name, but you know who you are) you have a long successful career ahead of you. He was very kind, not pressuring us, but sadly couldnt get a word in edgewise because of his compatriot. Also sadly, DaBella will probably let that nice young man go because he doesnt sell roofs like used cars.

image This company is the very reason I purchased a "no soliciting" sign for my home. Their salesman offered to do a free inspection on my roof, to which I obliged. They took a whole bunch of pictures and tried to use scare tactics to bait me into replacing my ENTIRE ROOF, which is less than a few years old! I ended up having a couple local roofing contractors come out, confirming they are entirely full of it. My roof is fine. Also, their bid was about 3x as much as any other contractors in town.
I can only imagine how many elderly folks these unethical clowns have scammed with their aggressive sales tactics.
Stay far away, and if they come to your door... tell them to take a hike!
