We have hired Julie with Lancaster Leadership to facilitate icebreakers and teambuilders for the Flagstaff Leadership Program for several years. Julie facilitates a day that allows 20-25 strangers to get to know each other through a variety of intentional activities that cater to all learning styles. Participants have consistently provided very high reviews of their experience working with Julie during their retreat. The logistics planning in working with Lancaster Leadership is consistently organized and the administrative staff is very responsive.
