        We have been purchasing material from Border for years hassle free but now that the name has changed, I find customer service has plummeted. Asked for ETA on a product already paid for and was told point blank that he would not be calling me until it came it, period. I understand logistics can be challenging but he wouldn't even make a phone call on our behalf. I do not judge any company by one event so time will tell if this affects my future opinion of White Cap.
