I came here last year to replace the struts for my Subaru. The new struts failed after two weeks, likely because they were installed incorrectly by their technicians. When I returned to have 316 look at the struts, a technician test drove the car and did not believe me because they did could reproduce the problem, claiming that its probably just her spare tire wobbling in the back. I then had to test drive the Subaru with the owner Aaron in the passenger seat to reproduce the problem and prove the strut was broken because they literally did not believe me. 316 agreed to reinstall a new set of struts under warranty. However, the shop did not express any apology for their mistake, for the time I lost, and the additional wear and tear this caused to my vehicle. In addition, my wheels require a special anti theft key for one of the lug nuts on each wheel and they forgot to return the wheel key to me when I picked up my car. When I called to arrange a time to pick up the key, the secretary claimed that they didnt have it and I must have lost it. Later, it turns out they found the key in the shop. I now go somewhere else to have work done on my car.
