Steve helped me with a case after a different Flagstaff firm butchered my defense. I was a juvenile when I was first charged but the ramifications of the case followed me for years and threatened my future education/work and the ability to move on. The difference between Steve and the lawyer I had previously was night and day. Steve actually treated me like an individual and seemed to personally care about the outcome of the case, unlike the previous lawyer I had who only thought of me as another number or paycheck. Thanks to Steve I was able to have the case set aside and move on with my life after making a dumb mistake as a kid. I am writing this review a few years after the fact because a friend of mine recently reached out to ask for a good defense lawyer. It reminded me of how grateful I am that Steve took my case and allowed me to move on with my life. If youre looking for top notch representation Steve is your guy. He has stood by my side from the beginning. He doesnt give you false hope he is very honest and straight forward. I finished all my court mandated probation and my first call was to Steve to see if I could get my charges set aside. I am happy to say that my charges were set aside with Steves guidance. This means everything to me since I carry a professional license. Steve stood by my side from beginning to end and I cannot thank him enough for all his due diligence. If I had to do it all over again Steve without a doubt would still be my first choice. Hiring the right representation is important when your future is on the line. I have worked with a number of criminal and corporate lawyers but Stephen is truly one of the best. A family member had serious criminal charges, as well as, violating parole. He was suicidal and had mental issues that had to be addressed. I contacted a few attorneys but after talking to Steve there was no reason to look any further. His methodical handling of the case was incredible. The end result was a potential 10.5 years was reduced to 1 year time served AND the most important part is, with his help with the mental illness, my relative is currently in a dual diagnosis facility getting treatment for his challenges. Communication was stellar by both his team and Steve. If you need an attorney call Steve and find out why you don't need to make another call.
