This place must have no support beams or any type of insulation I can hear my upstairs neighbors thoughts . I can hear when they take a shower and wash clothes . This is absolutely not normal . I lived in two story house my entire life and I never heard my family this much ,The washer and dryer shake the entire apartment,

Very nice place to live. The whole complex is quiet and down to the earth.
Two large bedrooms and private 2bx2b are cool. Living room and Kitchen are in between bedrooms, so privacy is pretty decent. Close to everything like NAU campus, R010 bus stop, Home Depot, restaurants, Target, Sprouts, and self-storage.

This condo is convenient for me as everything I need is within walking distance such as NAU, Target, Sprouts, and restaurants. Also, HOA covers water, sewer, night patrol, etc., even though it is kind of high at about $200 a month but worth while for residents. I have not experienced any housing problems.

I lived in a furnished unit of 1 bedroom & 1 bath for the school year (Aug-May). I lived here with 2 other people and the rent was a great price compared to what you pay for on campus. The landlord we had was Diana and she was an excellent landlord. She gave us a tour and informed us on the nearby dining areas and such. You get 1 covered parking spot by the unit, and there's free parking for guests (which is the uncovered parking spaces). There are 2 city bus stops (Route 10) that take you straight to NAU. The bus stops are a distance of 1 min - 5 min walk from the units depending how far your unit is. If you walk from the bus stop by True North Dentistry to the biology building, it'll take about 20 mins. I walked it about 6 times. From this exact bus stop walking to the restaurants across from target takes 5-9 mins.
You get access to 2 club houses (Clubhouse A has a small gym, chairs, tables, couches to study at and free internet, and Clubhouse B has a kitchen and lounge area that you can reserve).
You can hear the people upstairs but its only when they're running or stomping. Also, the washer/dryer machine in our unit didn't work well but our landlord informed us before we signed the lease. It was good with small loads but we eventually just went to the laundromat down the street by Domino's pizza. Other than that, I recommend living in these apartments because the area is quiet, safe(our neighbors never took any packages left on our front door), and they do a good job at plowing the snow away when it's that season.
