Wow!! Its rare to receive such wonderful service! When I called, Steve was so polite, helpful, and prompt! Ashton, a super kind technician showed up and was so knowledgeable! We came back from Christmas break to a freezing house and a furnace that wasnt working right. We were worried our pipes were going to freeze. The day was almost over and most of the hvac companies in town were unable to help us. We found Flag comfort systems on google and Steve answered the phone right away, sent out an excellent technician named Ashton within an hour. Ashton fixed our system, tuned it for efficiency, and solved an issue that we had been facing for four years with our furnace. Their rates are better than all the other shops we called and their service was prompt, polite, and professional. Were going to use them every time for our hvac issues and go with them when its time for a new unit. Thank you Steve and Ashton!
