I started working for Hernandez Healthcare Billing in the middle of the pandemic. Dorothy took me and trained to bill for a pediatric cardiologist and I was exposure to infectious disease specialists, physical therapy, behavioral health and substance abuse billing. Her mission was to hire people like me with no knowledge of medical billing, train us and have us move on to better paying jobs with good benefits. She thought me billing terms and how to talk insurance companies to make sure our patients were taken care of. This job opened new doors for new jobs that I never thought Id be able to work in. I can happily say she succeeded with me. I am currently in medical billing and love my job! Thank you Dorothy!

While I handle the client billing and most of the insurance claim filing for my small mental health private practice, I found I was spending too much time trying to manage "problematic claims." I was so frustrated I was close to giving up on trying to get the money owed to me from the insurance companies. I finally decided to give Dorothy Hernandez a call to see if she could help. Within a very short time we worked out a deal that was acceptable to both of us and I've already received payment on one of the problematic claims!
