        Came through the drive thru this evening, ordered a number one meal and a 4pc mozzarella stick, drove all the way home only to find the fries weren't in the bag. I tried to call to get a resolution because I'm not driving another 30 min round trip for fries, but after 8-9 rings no one answered. So I paid $17 for a meal I only got 2/3 of. I wouldn't normally bother writing a review but since I can't get anyone on the phone I don't know how else to get my money back.

        They decreased the size of the milkshake and fries and didn't tell anyone, pretty low. I'll be taking my business somewhere else like BK or even McDonald's So I went there recently and the size of the fries appears to be smaller than before I feel that Arby's is not customer friendly
