        Scheduled and appointment to remove my device through lci but they said I would have to leave my car there and it would take 2 hours for it to be done didn't understand that because when I originally have to advice installed it took no more than 30 minutes to an hour and I was not told to leave so I called up the place and I called nine times they knew my phone number and they did not answer I called on a Google voice phone number and then they picked up the girl then stated it's going to take all day for my device to be removed I said that doesn't make any sense because it is a simple process then the guy gets on the phone and he proceeds to say that he is an auto shop and he has other people who are more important and that it would take three to four hours for it to be fixed so I said I will cancel my appointment and I will do a Google review do not go here under any means this place is a rip off and they should be taken off of low cost because they do not care about the customer whatsoever
