        Customer service & the companys practices rubbed me the wrong way at first b/c they do not provide a quote w/o you having to sign paperwork for them to do the repair work. This is not in alignment with what I was told by my insurance company. So I was hella pissed! Nevertheless, since the insurance company referred them, I signed the paperwork. Overall, Ms Anita kept me informed, customer service was good with arranging the rental car, and my truck was repaired. Im happy.
