I applied for a place last August. Was denied was told I would get my application fee back. As of April I have been told now they have to send it back to office To Mail out. Though I was promised when they contacted me in March they still had it in their drawer. Now Iam told they sent it back to office instead of. April 1st. Iam a 76 year old woman they took advantage of. I would not recommend this to any if they can't afford to be out of over $300.00

These people are scammers they will try to raise your rent 2days before its due without further notice and when you go ask why they give you the run around

I really love living here! I am proud to call this place my home. Everything is brand new and most of my neighbors seem friendly. The staff is fantastic and they really make it easy to love it here. The parking spaces are wide enough that you are not sandwiched in between cars. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool and grills are all very nice. My only complaint is that the airforce jets are really loud when flying overhead. Living by the train, the horn can be a little loud at times but not overwhelmingly loud. The only thing I would suggest is installing a pet door for people who have pets so they can go in and out the backyard with ease.
