I am not sure if this place is just so busy and they completely forgot how to treat people, but the customer service is awful. Especially the male employee. I should have got his name but he definitely had an attitude with me. I feel like I was being gender profiled. I usually dont write reviews but this place made me mad. I guess people have forgotten how to be kind and courteous especially to those that are customers.

Today I order chicken teriyaki buffalo The Lady put the chicken on the sandwich and just put a lot of spicy on the sandwich on top of the chicken after toasting my sandwich she asked me what else you need I asked her for chipotle she doesnt have it mayonnaise she doesnt have it vinegar she doesnt have it and I ask her how come you guys out with this she just look at me tell me do you want a sandwich or not very rude and then I wanna pay the other lady she look at me she said this is the way we make him if you dont like him just leave dont order from Subway I never see This kind of customer service I like Subway and I eat at least three times a week from subway Is there a manager to watch those people were they doing I dont think subway office have idea whats going on.

very disrespectful lady working there on Sundays 3/13/2022 at around 1:15 pm. she wears glasses with tattoo of superman behind ear. does not know how to treat customer. argued with me about the bread i asked for and sense i told her she gave me wrong bread, ahe kicked me out of line. worse customer servies ever. will never stop at this subway again.

If I could give a half a star that would be to high for the customer service. First your treated with I dont have no bread . I say to the Isn't have no bread lady can I get a wrap ? She says yes but its going global be a while. See even tho she has no bread and not making any sandwiches or wraps or customers she still to busy to make me a wrap. As I stood there for over 20 min and counting she turns away 3 customers. Is there any wonder way Subway is loosing business.

I would leave no stars if possible..Stopped here to get a sandwich while traveling. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude and was very snappy. Everything we said we wanted, she would snap at us and say, were out of that! We ended up leaving because apparently they were out of everything. The guy in front of us and behind us left as well because of how rude she was. Dont work in customer service if you dont like people!
