Helpful staff, park was nice and clean, great views over the Colorado River. Good spot for the family with riverside water access/beach and pool area.

Luckily for me, I met the onsite managers or the "gets it done " couple from this lower Colorado' River Resort. Awesome folks with a slice of heaven all around them. Park Models and more !!!

My two sisters and I hadn't all been together in 38 years! We met at the Arizona Oasis for 4 days, 3 nights. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath double wide mobile home. It was PERFECT! The second week of March was VERY peaceful. The rental had a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a pull out couch, which we didn't need. All the furniture was extremely comfortable (one sister fell asleep in the recliner each night). The kitchen had sufficient cookware and dishes for about 4-6 people. Toaster, coffee pot, blender and microwave. The views were also great. Check in was a breeze! A couple of things could be improved... The jacuzzi was not working, a full time resident said it's been out more than working for "forever". Apparently they're "waiting on a part". The pool is heated and was glorious though. The other thing is parking close to the beach or pool for disabled people. My sister has had two strokes and does okay, but can't walk very far. We parked close to the beach in a 5 min drop off zone because she can't walk far. We KNEW it was a 5 min spot, but there is NO OTHER parking near the beach. NONE. A Male employee on a golf cart came by and told us to move, we explained about the walking issue and asked where we could park. He was rude and said "At your site!". Well, that was about three "blocks" away, and uphill on the way back. We knew we were wrong, but he could have handled it better for sure. We left, my disabled sister feeling like she'd ruined the beach experience for us. Maybe a little more friendly approach for three old ladies. All in all a great time, worth the five stars. The staff in the office was professional and competent.
